We don't know where to start, and we don't have a clear image of how we'll navigate the entire process. So we get stuck and feel defeated. And that shouldn't be. In this class, I will show you some incredible recipes that I've developed over the course of many years. But more importantly, I'll teach you the fundamental approaches to cooking that will break through your overwhelm and get you feeling confident in the kitchen.

Class will be held in a beautiful commercial catering kitchen located in Potrero Hill. The precise location is 1760 Cesar Chavez St, Suite J. But use the Missouri St. address for navigation purposes. You won’t be able to miss it once you arrive.
